What Kind of Pressure Washing Do We Do?
Paint and stucco don’t love high PSI. We use a low-pressure soft-wash with appropriate detergents to lift mildew and grime, then rinse clean. Plants are pre-wet and protected, windows and lighting are covered, and we mind wind so neighbors and pavers stay spotless.
Hot tire marks, rust drips, leaf stains—we’ve seen it all. We tailor nozzles and distance so concrete and pavers are lifted clean without etching. For stubborn spots, we use targeted treatments that don’t leave blotchy halos. Edges and expansion joints get the same attention as the open areas, so the finish looks even.
Pool areas deserve a gentle touch. We keep pressure appropriate for concrete, Kool Deck, and pavers, rinse screens from the right side, and keep overspray out of the pool. The goal: a bright, even surface that’s safer underfoot and ready for company by evening.
